Our wines are deeply rooted in the same place we call home: Podersdorf am See. We source exclusively from the best local vineyards, avoiding far-flung regions around the world. Staying local is key, as we intimately understand the exceptional quality we have right here. Our marketing approach is decidedly old-school: we rely on satisfied private customers whom we directly supply, work with small traders who appreciate our unique wines, eliminate unnecessary middlemen to keep our prices attractive. Best of all, our globally unknown wine tavern FABIAN serves as the heart of it all. We take particular joy when our guests savor our wines and choose to take them home directly from our winery. You won’t find us or our wines jetting around the world.

A journey to where all our wines begin: the vineyards. Who needs a Lambo when you can cruise in our golf caddy? We’ll take you on a tour of our finest vineyards around Podersdorf. After about 1.5 hours, filled with insights into winemaking and the region, we’ll return to where we started – our wine tavern, FABIAN. To perfectly conclude your experience, we’d be delighted to reserve a table for you! Tickets: €25.00/person (16 and older), including a guided tour through the vineyards and three tastings.
